Intercounty Constructors, a joint venture of Granite Construction Company, Corman Construction, Inc., and G.A. & F.C. Wagman, Inc., has created a design-build team to meet the challenges and goals of the MSHA’s Intercounty Connector project.

Our joint venture partners combine national experience, local presence and experience, financial strength, personnel resources, and extensive design-build creativity. Granite, a leader in transportation design-build and construction, is partnered with Corman and Wagman, two well-known local contractors. Corman was recently selected by the Maryland State Highway Administration to be the lead contractor for the Hampstead Bypass Design-Build Project. Our designers, Parsons Transportation Group Inc. and Jacobs Civil Inc., are two major engineering firms who have been the designers on fast-track design-build projects with values over $1 billion throughout the United States.
