Contract D/E Modified: Public Involvement
Collector-Distributor Lanes Along I-95 From North of the ICC to just north of MD 198 & Extension East of I-95 to Virginia Manor Road with the option to extend to US 1
This segment of the project includes the design and construction of approximately 3 miles of collector-distributor lanes along I-95 between the ICC and just north of MD 198.
This segment of the project also includes the design and construction of approximately 1-mile of new ICC roadway between I-95 and US 1 and a new partial interchange at Virginia Manor Road and a new intersection at US-1. There is the option to conclude the ICC at US 1.
As part of our research into the communities along the ICC corridor, we've identified the following homeowners associations as being adjacent to the limits of contract D/E modified.
