DBE Capacity Statement

In order to facilitate your participation on the ICC Project, the ICC Project Team encourages you to complete a confidential DBE Capacity Statement.

Completion of the DBE Capacity Statement will provide the ICC Project Team with vital information about your firm's services, experience, resources, and DBE certification status in Maryland. It will also provide the ICC Project Team with information which will be of assistance in identifying the contracts and items of work for which your firm may be best suited, and about any business support or other assistance your firm might require to participate in the ICC project. In addition, with your permission, the ICC Project Team will be able to provide pertinent information about the capabilities of your firm to Design-Builders as they are assembling their teams. The ICC Project Team also uses the confidential information provided in the DBE Capacity Statements to develop strategically designed capacity-building activities that will enhance DBE participation on the project. This information also will be used to aid in realistic DBE participation goals for future contracts.

Completion of the confidential DBE Capacity Statement will assure that your firm will be among those that are included on the ICC Project's mailing lists, and that your firm will be among the companies receiving targeted information about upcoming contract opportunities, networking and other outreach events, informational meetings, and general project updates.
