Update for residents and Commuters Spring is bringing milder temperatures and a boost in Intercounty Connector (ICC) construction activity. But the ICC Team has been far from idle during the fall and winter months; in fact, full-scale work began last fall when the first segment Contract A started preparing for heavier construction. In January, soon after the design-build contractor, ICC Constructors (IC3), was selected for Contract C, construction activities began in that segment, as well.
