The ICC Study Team is committed to reaching out to the public and encouraging residents, business owners, elected officials, motorists and others to become involved in the ICC study. Public meetings/hearings were held throughout the study at major project milestones. Public meeting participants viewed study area maps, spoke with Study Team members, signed up for the mailing list and registered comments.
