Public Outreach

The ICC Team is committed to continuing the pro-active community outreach program started during the planning phase of the Intercounty Connector project. This commitment has been further developed during the design and construction of the ICC to include smaller, more focused meetings with individual communities and stakeholder groups. As part of this effort, the team has identified Community Liaisons to coordinate with the public by Contract Segment. You can contact the individuals listed below to help schedule meetings between your community and the project team and to answer general questions about the ICC.

Additionally, you may contact the Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA), who own, operate, and maintain the ICC, with any comments or questions regarding tolling or operational issues at (866) 713-1596. You may also submit written comments or questions to the MDTA at mdta@mdta.state.md.us.
