Scoping
Scoping meetings were held in June and September 2003 as part of the formal coordination process conducted to assist in determining the scope of issues to be addressed and for identifying the significant issues related to the proposed action. While no formal presentations were made, Scoping meeting attendees were able to:
- Learn about study efforts by talking one-on-one with project team members
- View maps of the Study Area
- Receive project information materials
- Comment on the project study
- Review next steps of the study
