COMMENTING ON THE PROPOSED TOLLING PLAN
Thank you for your interest in the Maryland Transportation Authority's (MDTA) Tolling Parameters for the Intercounty Connector Project. There were several ways that the public could provide comment on the ICC Tolling Plan. Written comments could have been submitted electronically to the Authority Board via this project website or postal mail to the ICC Project Management Office.
All comments that were received before 5:00pm on Monday, November 23, 2009 will be made part of the public record considered by the Authority Board prior to the adoption of the tolling parameters.
Two public open houses were held to provide the public with an opportunity to learn more about the proposed tolling plan. At these meetings, information was shared with the public on the tolling parameters and staff were available to answer questions.

Additionally, there were two Public Hearings for the Authority Board to accept verbal testimony on the ICC tolling plan. These meetings were held on:

The public comment period extended from Wednesday, September 23, 2009 to Monday, November 23, 2009 at 5:00pm. THE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED TO ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
